Returns and exchanges are possible within 7 days of receiving your order.
Personalized products are non-returnable.
Returned items must be in their original packaging or in a bubble envelope. The return costs for a return or an exchange are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned items.

The earrings are made of polymer clay or poplar wood (Oecoplan and FSC). To avoid allergic reactions, the fasteners and nails of our jewelry are made of stainless steel.
